As many of you know, our beautiful April wedding plans took a rapid swerve as covid-19 began to swarm the media in March of 2020. We decided to be married early and had an intimate gathering March 21st. Months later, my sweet mama encouraged...and well...just flat out demanded a picture day ;) - and I am so grateful for the motherly insight. I would have deeply regretted not having a photo of my wedding dress. Praise the Lord for mamas!

We had a piñata for my birthday, pulled out the donut wall and refinished church pews, ate great food, and enjoyed great company. Want to know my favorite part of these photos? 7 days later we found out we were pregnant with our sweet Elsie Leigh.
